Watson's of Louisville | Hot Tubs, Furniture, Pools and Billiards

Tl;dr: had some glitches with the tub but customer support and the manufacturer (bullfrog) stood behind their product The sales staff were knowledgeable and informative. We visited multiple times before selecting a unit including a sample soak that helped us decide between salt/chlorine models. Delivery was challenging even with extra help. Saw a video recently where they used an inflated balloon to raise a tub onto a deck. The video also had a wheeled dolly which I would have preferred to the plastic sled that was used on ours. The tub was fantastic for a month until a minor repair (rear control panel). It was never right again even swapping multiple motherboards/topsides. We would have continued accomodating tech visits but watson's replaced the entire unit. We just hit the 3 month mark with all going well so far. One factor we didn't expect was being on our own regarding training. For example, i didn't put the water in the proper way initially (inside the vent port) so had to drain and refill. Did it wrong the 2nd time because you're supposed to have all of the jets open while filling. Being spa noobs we also aren't confident in our ability to maintain water quality

We purchased our new hot tub today at Watson’s after an extensive search, and I’m so glad we did. With the professional guidance and expertise of Scott and Brent, we ended up choosing a Hot Springs saltwater hot tub. Both of them were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to explain every feature, answer all of our questions, and help us compare options so we could feel confident in our decision. Their customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re shopping for a hot tub in Louisville, especially a saltwater hot tub, I highly recommend visiting Watson’s. Their professionalism and expertise truly set them apart. We visited the two competitors. One was extremely overpriced and the other didn’t carry saltwater hot tubs.

I have used Watson's for two pools. But this year need a liner replacement. It is paid for but installation has never happened. We had paid before they told us they had so many to do. I think I might have gone somewhere else for quicker service. The liner is nothing the installation is rediculous pricing and scheduling.

We had an excellent experience with Alex, the new field manager at Watson’s. After dealing with ongoing issues with our hot tub since January and having multiple technicians come out, Alex was the first one who was truly thorough and knowledgeable. He came to our home, took apart the hot tub, and quickly identified the issue. What really stood out was his communication and customer service. He kept us updated the entire time, sent pictures, explained the problem clearly, and let us know when parts would arrive and what the timeline looked like. He even communicated when he was on his way to our house. After months of frustration, it finally feels like we are getting somewhere. We are very pleased with the service Alex provided and appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Ask for ALEX!

I went in to match outdoor furniture I purchased in 2019. I knew for the most part what I purchased last time. They looked up My previous order and pointed me in the direction to look at options. Sita helped me and was very informative and helpful. I will have my furniture additions in just a few days. Quality products and great service.
