Watson’s is a reliable retailer for outdoor products. We have purchased several items over the last few years. I wanted to upgrade an old patio furniture set. The couch and two chairs I bought are perfect for my needs. It was a wonderful benefit to have a steep discount. June was professional and a joy to work with.

Darin was very informative and made the pool Buying experience very easy. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We’ve been looking for a pool and spoke with several companies from The Home Show and went in just to look. We were so pleased we ended up purchasing today. Highly recommend.

We bought our pool from Watson’s and have enjoyed it for many years. We watched our kids grow up and enjoy their backyard pool. I attend pool school every year and find everyone so helpful. I especially look forward to seeing Jeremiah whenever I go into the Clarksville, IN store. He always has a big smile and is so helpful. One time when he was loading my van, he noticed I had a bad tire and I was able to safely get it fixed. He’s the best!

Our pool pump died after 6 years. June was so helpful and had everything we needed at the register before we arrived to purchase.Then found us at the back of the store. June put my husband's mind to rest by ensuring all parts were in the box. Fantastic, lady! The Peters family

This company is having issues with the quality of their products. I'm glad that they have realized this and started making changes within the company according to the letter they have sent out, but, as of right now this company is still not up to standards in my opinion. I hope they can change things around in the future but for now a 1 star rating is the best I can do.
