Mitchell made it a very positive 1st time experience shopping at Watson's. I knew exactly what I was looking for as he able to assist me with questions I needed answered and educate me on a pool I bought. He want above and beyond itemizing various packages/add ons the pool comes with that's tailored to my needs. Mitchell made a 1st time pool buyer and repeat customer a positive experience. My daughter and son-in-law have bought items from Watsons before. When I was looking for furniture, they told me to ask for Ethan Bull. Ethan was knowledgeable, professional, not pushy @ all, and extremely helpful. I ended up getting a reclining sofa and loveseat on sale, and they are gonna look fabulous in my home. I also purchased their gold star furniture protection plan, To cover any accidents to the frame, the fabric or the mechanism in my furniture, for five years. Furniture is a big purchase, so the fact that they offer insurance against any damage from accidents to your furniture for five years at a very discounted rate was a real good sell for me. Great experience! I had to call him back several times and he was more than patient and helpful.

Went to Watson today with not much knowledge of opening a pool, beings that it’s my first time owning a pool, Ethan was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He listened to us and took us to what we needed and explained the difference between the 2 items and allowing us to decide on the 2 without being pushy. Thank you Ethan, You have great customer service skills.

Dominic is the best at Watson’s in Florence Kentucky. Very professional didn’t try to sell me anything. I knew the chair that I wanted and he did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
