Watson's of Cincinnati | Hot Tubs, Furniture, Pools and Billiards

After years of neglecting our patio, we decided it was time for an upgrade. We thoroughly researched brands and stores online before visiting Watsons on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Having previously bought a sectional and been satisfied with the experience, we returned. Megan assisted us, detailing the features and benefits of various manufacturers. We ultimately chose the Cassis series for its quality, finish, and color options. The set was delivered today and looks great. Many thanks to Megan and store manager Johnie for their assistance.

We went to Watson’s specifically for a four person hot tub. Keith Frey introduced himself and then left us to look around until we had questions. He was very informative and helpful and assisted us with our selection. A great low-pressure shopping experience. Also a great sale was going on and we met our price point!!

My wife and I went to Watsons in Sharonville Ohio and have had three great experiences. We used one salesperson on every purchase and no employees there were pushy at all. They have a huge variety of furniture with a wide price range. Our salesperson was Meghan and we love her professionalism but I’m sure they are all like her. Zero pressure and knowledgeable. Great experience from beginning to end! Megan our salesperson was very helpful and did a great job explaining how everything with the installation of our pool table would go. Bob and his team did a great job in the installation. We have made several purchases at Watsons in the past and will continue making purchases in the future.

I want to express my appreciation for the great customer service my husband and I received from Watson’s. We recently purchased a new filter and pump system for our above ground pool. After a few days of running the new pump and filter system, we had a major malfunction with the system. My husband contacted Kim, the manager at the Florence, Kentucky store, and told her about the malfunction to see what the process would be to get a replacement. She was very professional and immediately communicated with Robbie, the manager that handles warranty issues. Within 24 hours, Robbie contacted my husband to let him know we would receive a brand new filter and pump system, at no cost, due to the warranty. He was very professional and helpful to resolve the issue. That same day, my husband drove to the Florence store and picked up a new system and was also given a gift card for the inconvenience that was caused due to the malfunction. We have been pool owners for over 30 years and always purchase our pools and supplies from Watson’s. The excellent customer service we recently experienced proves that Watson’s is a company that really stands behind their products and cares about their customer
