Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Within 30 seconds of meeting him, he knew exactly what hot tub to show us to check all our boxes. His expertise helped us make the best, most informed decision for our family's specific needs.

We were looking for a patio set, had been to a few places and I suggested that we try Watsons. We were met by Lisa, who took her time and answered all of our questions. She was attentive but didn’t hover, and once we made our selection she was able to navigate quickly through all of our options and got us on our way in about an hour. Great shopping experience!

Not very helpful, not very knowledgeable. They have three traditional sauna models all above $10k. Only the 220v versions of their saunas can get up to full temperature.

Service center ladies are very good at telling you how to fix your own filter housing instead of fixing it in house. I was also told that warranties are only valid during that season of purchase. Think twice before trusting Watsons staffs word when making a purchase.
