We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Warehouse Billiards! We originally hired them to move a pool table from one house to our lake house and ended up having a table refelted and purchased some pool cues. The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone when I first got the quote was very courteous and extremely helpful. We then went into their brick and mortar store where we picked out felt and had quite an enjoyable time with Kristie who was joy to shop with. Amazing! They had great customer service. I talked to Daniel and Kristie and they went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. We purchased a used table, that came looking better than promised. Installation was fast, professional, and tidy. We also purchased cues, balls, and had another table felted.
