Great buying experience today! Staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable! Robin took excellent care of us. Came in for a hot tub and walked out with a lot more, (Beware) it's a slippery slope! Cash is Definitely king here with tons of discounts! Definitely a one stop shop for your home and entertaining needs with a massive selection. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality of all the products. Will definitely be back for more in the future! Love this place! ❤️

We are in the market for a hot tub and stop at Watsons quite honestly expecting the pricing to be well above our budget. Our salesman was Brian and he is very impressive on his knowledge of the hot tub products. He was not pushy at all and answered all of our questions. He understood what we were looking for and showed us the various hot tubs that were within our budget. We shopped at 3 other businesses and ended up back at Watsons for the best spa that fits our needs. I would recommend that you ask for Brian when shopping at Watsons.

I ordered a new hot tub from Watson’s with the help of their salesperson, John. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made the process very easy. I’m excited to get my hot tub and start enjoying it.

Purchasing was easy but warehouse pick up was not. Essential part of our order was not provided even after questioning. Only found out after going home to start assembly. Issue was resolved but nothing offered for inconvenience or apologies provided.
