Great customer service and quality pool cues! Diamond and Brunswick pool tables. Lots of arcade games and poker tables as well. I definitely recommend West State Billiards to friends and family! I bought both my break stick and pool cue here and Vicki was very helpful! She let me try out the cues on the tables before I made my decision to buy them. Now I all I need is to buy a pool table and il be on my way to being a great player!

Vicki, Is the very best!!! She made it happen!!! Honestly was kinda doubtful that this happened so fast. I heard diamond tables were on back order & there’s always a wait time…but walking in wanting to buy a 7’ Diamond table on a Saturday afternoon & having it installed in less than 48 hours … so impressive!!! Words cannot be expressed as to how happy we are with you & everything you did to make this happen!!!

I bought a Diamond pool table from them that was damaged. Have no customer service at all. Wants me to fix my table with Super glue. They damaged underneath the pool table with a forklift and don’t want do anything about it.

10/10 super friendly, good advice and selection on pool cue/ sticks and tables, even financing as well as military discount. They donated a set of cues to fort Irwin’s bar “Shockwave”. Also tried a table and cue before purchase to help narrow down my search.

Very disappointed with the service. We purchased two Diamond tables and spent nearly $14,000, expecting proper customer support. We are neighbor restaurant in Escondido. After only a few months, one of the tables started having an issue with the cue ball system, and instead of helping resolve the problem, the owner completely ignored the situation. It’s frustrating that after spending that much money,instead of fixing the mechanism she want to sell a $50 cue ball. Poor after-sale service and no care for customer even though tables are still under warranty.
