First time getting my cues retipped and couldn’t be happier. Dom was able to fix two of my cues in very short notice. Still play with both of those cues daily and haven’t had any issues with them. One of my cues had a metal ferrule and I thought it couldn’t be fixed. Dom essentially left it like new. Can’t wait to bring more of my cues to him I highly recommend🎱

Highly recommended! Dom has years of knowledge and experience with all Billiards equipment. Got my Revo shaft tip replaced and he fixed pestering issue with my Mezz break cue joint (I’ve been going in circles with Mezz customer support for sometime). I met Dom yesterday I needed a tip replaced on my shaft of my cue. I'll start out by saying his actions are very professional. Plus not only did we speak billiards for 10 minutes I also got a complimentary massage after the massage I left my Q shaft with Dom less than 24 hrs later I was picking it up. First thing I noticed was the pride in his craftsmanship. So the OLDMAN is letting every damn fool player he knows from the base of the valley to the other end if you want any work done on your cues this is a man to see at a scale of only five I give him an eight... Another billiard place said 3 days to fix tip. After 6 days I had to pick up they didn't touch it. And they said the white ferrule was cracked and needed replaced. Found Dom's on Google he had it done same day and in a few hours. The white ferrule he just cleaned it and There wa no cracks. Dom'was great I appreciate all his help and insight

Great customer service and easy to work with. I came 60 miles away for his service. I got 3 cues to service and Dom got them done in about 1.5 hours. All 3 cues look great with the clear pads added underneath the tip. They play great as well.
