Breaktime Billiards

We come up from Aynor, SC to Breaktime for APA tournaments usually on the weekends. The tables and balls are very clean. The food is excellent, some of the service isn't so great but it's just because those days are very chaotic from 10pm till close. Anyway food low priced for the quality that you get, which is a plus. All in all its a nice venue with a bunch of tables of all sizes. Best place I've played, table wise- since living down south which has been almost 5 years.

The bartender was great. Loved playing pool. However, we ordered some of their homemade chips, and they were awful 😖. They looked and tasted like they were fried in old oil, and then covered in Old Bay to hide the taste. Luckily, they gave us a refund.

Me and my wife went there on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was good and the table were good. The service at the bar was probably the worst I've ever had at a bar and they werent even that busy. Between the two bartenders i waited 20 minutes to buy drinks but was never acknowledged so I left.

Decided to stop in with a friend to play pool. Had not been there in a few years. It is obviously not the same place anymore. Heavy smell of weed in the parking lot. Groups of what appeared to be thugs bunched together in various areas outside. No visible security. Inside was very busy. It was obvious the demographics have changed substantially. Did not have the same relaxed feel it used to have. A shift has occurred. Did not stay. Would not be surprised if a lot of violence starts happening there very soon. Don't plan to return.

Why isn’t there a 0 star, we came in and the owner was running around and had problems with everyone. About 40 people in the pool hall complaining including some of the staff. Bathrooms are just as disgusting as the owners attitude. It’s almost like she doesn’t want to run her business, place is closing early and there’s plenty of people here. Literally kicked people off tables to shut down.
