Jahan, the manager of Billiard Factory’s Stafford, TX store is the absolute best! He was very patient with us throughout the process of purchasing an Olhausen 7ft table and appropriate accessories. He is extremely knowledgeable and DOES NOT try to oversell the customer. He followed up and was extremely gracious. The customer service was impeccable. I will definitely recommend my friends and colleagues to THIS store!

Great effort by everyone both in the showroom and onsite. We were very pleased with their professionalism and helpfulness. Even a too small door didn’t prevent the delivery guys from problem-solving.

The experience was great. Did not plan on buying a pool table, but the whole experience exceeded my expectations in various ways. Jahan was very helpful and answered all questions without being pushy in any way. The delivery and set up was awesome as well. Patrick and his right hand man did an outstanding job. They paid attention to detail and encouraged me to double check everything they did. I was very specific on layout and back-checked each of the three slates for levelness in both directions… everything I checked was PERFECT. Many thanks to the whole Billiard Factory team.

Had such a pleasant experience working with Jahan. My boyfriend and I had originally came into the store to get his own personal cue. We came close to closing time but never felt rushed at all. Jahan is the best! He was able to walk me through this entire process and communicated very quickly with any question I had. The installation team were very nice as well. Everything was perfect! 11/10 would recommend.
