Thank you to the 3 gentlemen that attended to my billiard requests today. I appreciate you for the wonderful service, great details, and friendly league chat. :) This will be my main location, even though it's quite a drive. I'm excited for my upgraded sticks and getting back in the game. 🎱💚

Ordered a Ping Pong Table and a Foosball Table from Billiard Factory knowing it could take 6-8 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. These came in and they had them delivered and installed in half the time. The delivery drivers/installers were on time, courteous, and efficient! 5-star, A+ service from both the sales team and installers. Thanks again, guys!

My husband went to get his pool cue repaired, and Frank did an excellent job fixing his pool cue! He was professional, friendly, and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The cue feels brand new again, and his customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend Frank to anyone needing repairs or quality service—you can tell he takes pride in his work!

Phenomenal store for more than just billards, darts, arcade games, shuffle board and all. I won't be using Amazon when a store like this is around. Also, will be upgrading my table from them shortly.
