I brought in three pool sticks to get retip and it was absolutely horrible. No communication from Basin Billiards, I finally called and went and picked up my sticks. And the pictures speak a thousand words! Absolute terrible job I'm hoping they didn't completely ruin my sticks and I will be taking them somewhere else to have them redone yet again.

We have purchased multiple gaming tables from Basin Billiards. They even traveled to our vacation home to install one of them! If they don't have what you're looking for in stock they will order specifically what you want, they can even order customized felt for your pool table or poker table! Great place to shop and they're locally owned and operated, so that's a bonus!!

They came out to a friend's place and I can testify that their work very shotty and would not stand behind their what they say which is sad and will not be receiving any stars🤦🤷♂️🙃

Terrible experience with the Basin Billiards. They were hired to move pool tables to the Eagles Lodge. Was told would be done in a day. Only 4 tables. Took a full 2 days to get it done. Said they leveled the tables and didn't. Had to come back and level. Then said they'd be back in 2 weeks to relevel, had to let tables settle into carpet. Been trying for over a month, to get them back out here to level them. Just keep getting the run around. First off we are a Non Profit Organization that helps the community out. Today the Manager Ken Farrington, stated that they have no intentions of ever coming back out to level these tables. That it is not his fault we have a bunch of drunks leaning on the tables to unlevel them. And that his customers were high end so he's not worried about the little people.. So on that note I will never refer anyone to this place. Jordan Amusement is way better. When Jeff Baze worked at Basin it was so much better.
