Fast Eddie's Billiards Austin-Northfork

We recently moved nearby and were hoping Fast Eddie’s would become a regular spot for us, but unfortunately our first visit was disappointing. When we arrived around 6:53 PM, we were initially told pool was $11 per person. As we were about to leave, we were then told it was $7 per person because it was before 7 PM. The pricing interaction felt inconsistent and left a bad first impression. My boyfriend ordered a Moscow mule and said it was not well made. He knows mixed drinks well and tried to drink it, but couldn’t finish it during the hour we were there. I asked staff if it could be replaced, and although they said they would check with the bartender, no one followed up for about 35–40 minutes. When I asked again, they said the bartender could remake it, but the second drink was still not good. I also noticed the drink garnish container with items like lime wedges, cherries, and olives sitting open on the bar where customers sit. The lid was wide open and it did not appear refrigerated, which felt concerning from a cleanliness and food-safety standpoint. The atmosphere also wasn’t great. Wanted to love this place, there are tons of pool tables, games, and TV screens, it’s very clean and a very nice, large space. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour and half for a pool table and never got to play. There were tables that opened up but sat there for over 30 minutes without getting filled. We asked about the open tables and the staff kind of shrugged us off. Not great service from staff and bartenders. Our bartender was drunk and left for over an hour. The drinks were overpriced and kinda sucked. Won’t be going back.

Had a great time at our co-worker get together. This place has good food & drinks. But the service we received from Becca was great! I can't say enough her positive attitude, great smile and great service was wonderful not to mention refreshing! We will definitely be back. Thanks Becca!

We had a office game evening and it was total fun. Cassidy was very helpful. Tables are very well maintained and nice game setups.
