I have an English snooker cue with a 9.5mm tip and a brass ferrule, which made finding someone to replace the tip nearly impossible. Most places I contacted didn’t want to risk damaging the ferrule, so I used to do the tip work myself — but honestly, I only got it right maybe 3 out of 10 times. Then I found Billiard Factory and gave them a call. To my surprise, they said they could handle it. Jacob was the one who worked on my cue, and he did an excellent job replacing the tip. Clean fitting, perfect shape — the cue feels like new again. If you have an English snooker cue and need a tip replacement or reshaping, Jacob is your guy. I’ll be coming back here every time I need tip work done. Highly recommended!

Had come in to get a cue stick and gloves, very welcoming and helpful people, variety of cue sticks and accessories as well as different kinds of tables with some arcades as well, even far you can build your own pool tables in detail, while I did find slightly overpriced for some accessories to pay pool I hope that they deliver with the quality of it. Very calm endowment with mindful and knowledgeable people for pop, will come back in a later future.

Came to replace my cue tip. Jacob helped me out with a new med. Kamui black tip. He was very knowledgeable and made sure his work was excellent for me!
