Bayou Billiards

Words cannot explain how terribly we were treated! Graduation celebration gone wrong. Arrangements, reservations had been made a couple of weeks prior to visit with manager Ashley because we had a pretty big party and celebrating a graduation. We arrived and our hostess/server was very nice. Drink and food orders had been taken and the guy explained how everything works. We received our orders, start throwing and having a good time and next thing we know, we were told we had to leave because "someone had booked the facility." *Funny because our server said she didn't know anything about the facility being booked for the evening other than our reservation.* Didn't get to stay a full hour! Tried to speak with manager who again was very rude and didn't have time to deal with us because she "had just come from a funeral." We ended up returning our food and drinks and left. You guys really lost some great business that evening!!. The only reason for the 2 stars is because of our server. Sorry I forgot her name. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Great place! They are amazing and friendly and so fun. We were able to throw a surprise party that could not have gone better. So thankful!

Came here with a few friends for some pizza they are advertised as “bayou Cajun pizza” wasn’t sure what was Cajun about the place other than the location what kind of pizza place doesn’t have hot sauce? None. No hot sauce they offered me Buffalo sauce... not mad but it seems redundant to have hot sauce. Food was meh. Ordered a margarita pizza this is what I got.

Absolutely amazing! The staff were great, atmosphere was awesome, and everyone had a blast. Had my son's 10th birthday party there and couldn't have asked for a better place! Thank y'all for making it awesome!

We went to the one in Bossier City for my fiance birthday. I booked our reservation an hour and a half before time, not going to lie It was pretty packed. The guy at the front was nice and explained that they were a little behind, It was maybe 10 min which was enough time for us to get a drink. They explained everything and our server was super nice, he kept checking on us to make sure we were OK. All in all we had a great time, planning on going back for my nephews 21st birthday.
