Swings and Billiards Etc

We decided to get a play set for our kids and spent several weeks researching options and trying to decide on the best choice. We compared other companies and other brands, and ultimately chose to go with a Rainbow system. Rainbow has the best warranty and the best build quality. Swings and Billiards has been around for over 20 years and I feel comfortable doing business with them. John Tansey was extremely helpful and worked with us during the entire process. He was very open and communicated with us exactly what was happening during the process. The installation went smooth and my kids love the play set.

High end well priced, top notch customer service owner is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. There’s something here for all ages. Years ago got a playground installed for my little ones, now- from our pool table to real Adirondack chairs, and shuffleboard table we couldn’t be more happy. Not only is there a lot to view in the actual showroom they have access to every customizable item you can think of, installment crew is always fast, reliable and professional. If you have kids or whether you have or are starting an entertainers paradise, this is your one stop shop. Highly recommend.

We purchased a swing set and an air hockey table about 3 years ago at Swings Ect. John was great to work with. His prices are reasonable and the products he sells are top notch. We had a tornado damage our swing set and John has worked with us to replace and repair our swing set to like new condition. Thank you John.

Great experience. John is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his products. He did a great job of communicating when our Presidential Billiard table shipment was delayed. After identifying some quality concerns with the table, he quickly addressed it leaving us completely satisfied and in awe of the solution he came up with. You can't go wrong buying from these guys.

Very rude owner/manager. I strongly recommend not doing business with this business. All I did was call the store to see if they carried pool cues in stock. His response was "I'm a pool store, why wouldn't I?". His response and underlying attitude was clearly not from a person who understands customer service or how to run a successful business. Go online to Ozone Billiards instead. They're local (north side of Atlanta) and have a huge inventory. One of the best national pool supply retailers. Check out the owners response below. There is no profanity or harassment in my review or in my treatment of their "employee". All I did was ask a question and inform them I did not appreciate the rudeness of their response. Again, as is apparent in their response below, they have no clue as to what customer service should look like. They even lie in their response in an attempt to cover up their own bad behavior. Do you really want to take a chance doing business with a "kid friendly" retailer like this? Just don't. There are other, customer service oriented options...
