Edited: About one month after redoing the felt and bumpers, an end piece just fell off the end of the table. I called Steve and he told me he was busy with family and I was patient and reached out over one month later and he told me his back was hurting. Needless to say, it’s been months and I have the piece of wood sitting against a wall in my basement and no contact from Steve. After spending top dollar ($850) I would have expected better follow up treatment. Very disappointed and can’t recommend at this point. Called Steve and he came over right away to get the rails redone and re felt my pool table. Steve was quick and did an amazing job! My pool table looks brand new and I’m super happy! I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone who needs help with their pool table.

I had Steve come and install, assemble, and level a brand new pool table about 2 months ago. I wanted to wait to leave a review so I had time to play on it, plus you tend to notice mistakes later. Well, I have found no mistakes. The pool table runs smooth, straight, no drifting or rough spots. The wood is in perfect condition, no scratches or damages. I have used a long and short level across the entire table and it's dead center all the way around. As for customer service, he and his son were very professional. They both answered all my questions even though they were probably silly as it was my first table. If I need service on the table for whatever reason in the future this will be the only call I make.

DON’T DO IT!!! Beware of this “Professional Billiard Service” Much like another post I read.. my father reached out to this company and expressed his interest in having them unload, assemble, and change the felt for our pool table he was bringing from a whole different state. My dad put emphasis on having the pool table unloaded Thursday because he had to return the truck Friday. He was given a very reassuring response, stating they could do it and it would cost $500, so once he got in the state to give them a call which he did Wednesday with no response. Thursday come he’s reaching out I’m reaching out and I received a text message saying please text so I did and express The arrangements that were made weeks prior and still got no response. Friday, after I got off work, the pool table had to come off the truck, my father recently had back surgery so he couldn’t help! Myself and my son had to unload the pool table off the truck ourselves. We got the frame and all the accessories inside the house with no issues now came time to unload the actual three-piece insert to the table itself, realizing how heavy each one were we flipped one onto the dolly, I proceeded to walk backwards d

I called Professional Billiards Service the night before our carpet install as our carpet rep had told us initially that they had guys to move the table - they did not and contacted us the night before to let us know. Professional Billiards responded immediatley to my after 6:00 pm call and agreed to take down my pool table that next morning before the carpet install. Steve (owner) and his guys were AWESOME!! The table looks beautiful!! Steve and his crew took care of everything and I couldn't be happier!! I will definitely use them for any future pool table issues I might have.

This is my second experience using Professional Billiards Service. They were on time, fast, courteous and professional and exceeded our expectations both times! The first time was over 3 years ago for setup, leveling and refelting of a pool table purchased second hand. The room we put the table in was tight and they even suggested and provided us with shorter sticks to facilitate easier shooting in small quarters. The second time was when we recently purchased a new home and needed the same table transported from Powder Springs to our new home in Acworth. They came and worked around us without complaint during our big move and took the pool table to our new home in our absence, let themselves in, finished the job beautifully and then securely locked up our home before leaving. They also sent photos to be sure we were happy with their work before leaving. Having said that, I'll also add trustworthy to my list of good things to say about this company. Thank you Steve (and associate) for a job well done. We will surely use you again if necessary and would recommend you and your company to our family and friends.
