I could not be happier. Tanner is the nicest guy and kept in close contact with me during the entire process. The installation was perfection and my Gold Crown is even more beautiful than I ever expected. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. If you are ever in the market for a pool table, do not hesitate for a minute about calling Sure Shot.

I found a foosball table I wanted on their website. I called the store and spoke with Darsh. What a professional ! He answered all my questions . Was friendly and his customer service was above and beyond expectations! Delivery crew was awesome as well ! Highly recommend sure shot !

Tanner was personable and great. I’m a single mom that loves to play pool. I was not comfortable going to buy a pool table, but Tanner changed all of that. The room had nothing but a TV and loveseat, but getting the beautiful pool table got the balls rolling and we had a game room within 2 weeks. Tanner helped me pick a felt color and new pockets. I love it 😍.

We just got a beautiful table today (Brunswick Gibson) from Sure Shot billiards and so far we're loving it! Tanner and Jeff were great on the setup..very professional and thorough and personable. Tanner was also very helpful at the initial meeting when he explained everything about the tables available at the shop. His love for pool shines through his bubbly personality. It was such a nice experience I wish we had another room to get a 2nd table. Haha. I will buy from Sure Shot again if I have an opportunity in the future. I highly recommend this shop for enthusiastic service from a pool nerd (Tanner)!

I WOULD HIGHLY REFER SURE SHOT BILLIARDS FOR POOL TABLE SET UP,AND RE-FELT YOUR POOL TABLE,VERY FRIENDLY,HELPFUL,AND VERY GREAT JOB.I CALLED THEM AND EXPLAINED THAT WE JUST MOVED HERE,AND I NEED MY TABLE PUT BACK TOGETHER,WITH NEW POCKETS AND NEW FELT(I TOLD THEM THAT I ALREADY HAD THE FELT),NO PROBLEM MIKE SAID,GAVE ME A QUOTE AND WE AGREED ON PRICE.SET UP A DATE TO HAVE INSTALL ON 01/21/2026.THE GUYS SHOWED UP AND STARTED TO PUT IN BACK TOGETHER.THEY BOTH DID A GREAT JOB.LAID MOVING PADS UNDER TABLE,AND IN THE HALLWAY TO STRIP OFF OLD FELT ON RAILS,CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AROUND THE TABLE.CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM.IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD.THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.
