After my hot tub broke several times in a year I chose to order a brand new hot tub from Michael. Michael patiently spent time with me in deciding whether it was the right time to upgrade or fix my old one. He was super helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Michael gave me an estimated time of when the hot tub should be in. Summit Spas totally blew that timeframe out of the water, delivering it in 1/3 the estimated time. The gentlemen that delivered the Vita Spa were very proficient and helpful as well. I highly recommend supporting this local business.

We are so glad we found summit spas and billiards! Michael, Heather and Eric were all amazing. Our first time purchasing and setting up a pool table for our home, we’ve always wanted one! We needed new cloth, bumpers and a full table set up. They made the process easy, informative and affordable! They answered all of our questions and concerns with patience and great advice. My wife and I had an amazing experience at Summit. We are SO happy we made the drive all the way from Show Low to work with them. We met Michael in the show room the week of Christmas. He was very thorough and set realistic expectations for delivery windows during the holiday season. The spa came in just as expected and delivery was setup asap. Communication from them was amazing throughout the process. Andreas delivered the spa and was very professional and took time explaining everything to me at setup.
