I recently converted a room into a pool room and Alex and his team were great. They were out right away and setup the table and it looked great. I didn't play on it for a couple weeks and when I did I noticed it was a little off level. I let Alex know about it and he sent his crew right away and took care of the problem. No excuses. I understand things happen. I am an electrical contractor and know very well how some times things may not go quite right but we always do whatever it takes to make our customers satisfied. That's what Alex did and that part means more to me than just the one time setup. This shows me they are a reputable company and will have my business in the future. Looking for and wanting something very specific for our game room, we couldn’t find a shuffleboard table that met our criteria that would also match the pool table style that we liked. Alex and his team really knocked it out of the park in working with us to build and customize a 20 foot, single piece shuffleboard table to match the American Heritage pool table that we fell in love with. His team of installers drove 14 hours from California to Oregon to deliver and take care of the set up for us. Not only were they concerned with perfect placement within the room, leveling up both the pool table and the shuffleboard table, but we also value the courtesy they had in removing their shoes inside our home. Happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend the purchase and installation of any of the product lines they carry, or pull the trigger like we did and have them customize something special for you.

These guys are awesome! If you’re looking to finally get that table of your dreams I definitely recommend BA Pool Tables! I ordered the Brunswick Black Wolf on a Saturday and a few hours later I got a call asking if they could deliver and install on the following Monday! Monday came around and I was like a kid on Christmas and Jonathan and Alex were two of the friendliest guys ever. Not only were they on time, but they would explain what step they were doing and they were super thorough. I will recommend everyone that I know that is looking to buy a pool table! I’m definitely going through them in the future when I get a shuffleboard table also!

100% worth the wait. Very happy with our contemporary-style pool table. Well built with all expectations met regarding solid-wood construction frame, top rails, slate, cloth and leg construct. Let's put it this way, our 7' table is not moving anywhere. This pool table is located on a second floor loft. I pre-measured according to BA Pool Table recommendations and came in spot on. Our choice of a "purple" felt was a little unusual but it works given our home design. Good company to work with. Returns all calls. Highly recommend.
