Been here 3 times, first time was to buy a cue for less than 100$, didn't happen because he has some good inventory instead of cheap plastic on every wall. Wasn't an issue for me, left with a smile and had a good time. Both other times I've been, he's retipped both of my cues, for a decent price, and did them great. Would highly recommend stopping in, and supporting a local business. Will definitely be stopping by again for a cue sometime.

Went there twice both times he gaslighted that I didn’t know what size tip that went on my Meucci, it’s 12.5 for standard Muecci shafts not 12mm learn your business they come in different MM’s ask the customers duh, he thinks I’m a Narcissistic dumb kid, terrible job both times, and stop projecting narcissist and criminal onto people

I've known the owner Dave, both personally through BCA league, and professionally in his capacity as a person involved with sales and service for a very long time. Decades. Dave is reasonably knowledgeable when it comes to high end details in regard to cue selection and playability. Dave is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to table care and recovering. Not everybody will like Dave, as his personality might put some people off but I assure you that he will not give you bad advice and, no pun intended, he's a straight shooter even when it might mean losing a sale. If you need a house cue, a higher end production cue, a table or any other accessories, Dave can and will help you out and get you exactly what you need.
