Matt came and transported the table.Never was leveled correctly. He told me its settlement (its on concrete) Floor pitch, and a peice of bad slate. Came out for the "1 free leveling" Still not right. Called another company and they came out, tore the table back down, put it back together and leveled. It is now 100% leveled. I was bsd by Matt about the table has to settle, bad peice of slate and floor pitch. All bs. Had another company come out, tear the table down, put it back together correctly. Releveled and now 100% level. Bottom line these guys dont know what they are doing. Go elsewhere.

We got a great deal on a used pool table. The owner and workers were friendly and professional. The install went smoothly except we found the rails on the table we’re going bad. Matthew, the owner, didn’t hesitate to make it right. He ordered new rails and came out and reinstalled them as quick as possible at no cost to us. We are very pleased and would recommend others to give them a try.

Matthew and the team at Heirloom did a great job. They were easy to communicate with and came to move our pool table in just a few days. They disassembled, moved, and reassembled the pool table 10 miles away in just two hours. They were also super informative during the reassembly process.
