Snooker Planet is a nice and clean place to play and relax. The tables are in good condition, and the staff are friendly. A great spot to enjoy snooker with friends.

Great experience overall. Customer service was on point, especially the guy who makes the burgers, really friendly and did an excellent job. The staff and people around were welcoming, which made the atmosphere very comfortable. We played on the VIP table and it was super good. I just wish the other tables get upgraded as well to match that quality. Overall, everyone was friendly and the vibe was great. I’d definitely come back.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. This place is completely disorganized, poorly maintained, and clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. The environment was dirty, the equipment was worn out and unusable, and nothing worked the way it should. Staff were disrespectful, lazy, and showed zero professionalism. I felt ignored and uncomfortable the entire time. This place is a joke and a complete waste of money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Very disappointing experience overall. Despite the positive reviews, this place did not live up to the hype at all. The environment was loud, poorly managed, and felt overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy a proper game. Service was slow and unprofessional, with staff seeming uninterested and inattentive. The tables were not in great condition, and cleanliness was questionable. Food took a long time to arrive and was average at best. For the prices they charge, I expected much higher standards. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and would not recommend it.

They do not service well and they don’t care about you how much you wait to play the game cuz if their friends came they will let them to play and you have to wait for so long like wth does this they told me to wait and they said to us let our friends play after they we can play but the thing is here why they told as to wait for so long don’t go their it’s not good place to enjoy or play the game they won’t even give you the attention you need it’s not good thank you for your attention
