I almost didn’t move forward because of some of the reviews I read, and I’m so glad I did. Our experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The communication was excellent, the delivery and setup was on time and smoothly, and the quality of the billiard table is outstanding. I know people are often more likely to leave reviews when something goes wrong, so I felt it was important to share our experience because it was the complete opposite. Michael is the absolute best!!!

Best experience ever! Our new pool table is beautiful, well constructed and solid. Edgar, Michael and Carlos were very professional, polite, and accommodating to our needs. The pool table was delivered on time and it matched what we expected on every detail. The quality of the materials was topnotch. The attention to detail was ever present. The two gentlemen who came to our house to install the table really knew what they were doing. The quality of the felt was superb (Simonis) and the kit with cues, balls and rack was great. Would recommend and would use again if needed. Great job!

I bought a 2nd hand pool table that was in excellent condition. I had it customized with black felt and it was delivered to me in less than a week. I had one minor issue with the leather pockets but they came back out and fixed it at no charge. Their prices are affordable and the table came with many accessories like the set of balls, cue sticks, a table cover, ball rack, chalk, and brushes. I Highly Recommend Billiards Florida. 5 stars!

Renovated my 15 years old pool table. A little expensive, but great quality and I loved the final result. I had some hiccups but the warranty and customer service was very impressive. The owner called me directly and they reacted appropriately to fix the issue and make sure that I was 100% satisfied, which I am. Love it!!! I recommend them.
