I recently had the opportunity to work with this company on a project, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Michael Ruback was my main point of contact throughout the entire process, and his professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly set the standard. The quality of work delivered was exceptional, and it was clear that they take great pride in what they do. Communication was consistent, clear, and proactive—something that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across a company that delivers on every level, but this team absolutely did. Without a doubt the best place I have shopped for all things pool/billiards, darts, ping pong/table tennis- what a complete pleasure in every conceivable way… Initially, I called Larry from the car and he was friendly and helpful and said come on by. Thanks Larry! But then the MAGIC HAPPENED… I walked in the door and met one of the most genuine and authentic people I have ever had the honor and privilege to encounter- enter WOOD… Where to start with Wood? Well, first of all, he looks like a sexy Santa… If I were gay and wanted a great Christmas photo, a selfie with Wood would be just the thing- LOL! But seriously, it was as if I had met a mind reader, my long lost brother and my newest BFF- ALL IN ONE! Wood listened and then proceeded to go DIRECTLY TO EXACTLY what I wanted in about 90 seconds! Efficient, professional and a sexy stud SANTA? Come on now, you can’t beat that… Then he helped me understand things I needed but didn’t know existed- using both expertise and experience to help me above and beyond any and every hope and expectation. I was treated with respect and understanding. Josh and Larry handled my issue with the utmost professionalism and made a unhappy client one who will refer to anyone I can. I really applaud the way I was treated and I thank them for the resolve. By the way, it was not an issue that stemmed from Boynton billiards it was a 3rd party merch issue.🎱🎱🎱🎱

We visited this location today and met with Van. He was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Boyton billiards is an Absolutely great place. I worked with Josh on a purchase and he was very helpful and understanding of all my questions. I 10/10 recommend
