I've been using these guys for years. They are amazing, especially Rodney the owner. I gotta tell you this place is second to none.They go above and beyond when it comes to helping you out. I had to have a repair done and my finances weren't really having it. Rodney jumped through hoops to get it done for me at a decent price. His work is definitely 5 star. Thank you so much for being Amazing! I would highly recommend them!

One of the BEST buying experiences EVER! We had a slight issue with our new Jacuzzi and they were out the next day swapping it out for a replacement!! You all are the greatest EVER! Anthony and Marcus did great as well as Frank! All super friendly and hard working !

If you are in the market for a spa, I definitely recommend Affordable Spas, Pools & Billiards of Central FL. Rodney (the owner) and Tommy (salesperson) gave me an extremely fair deal and treated me wonderfully. They were knowledgeable, addressed all my concerns, answered my questions and didn't pressure me into making a decision. The delivery and installation was over-the-top. The delivery was able to be made the day after I purchased my spa. Anthony and Germaine delivered the spa and were excellent. They were polite, neat, respectful of my property and cleaned up afterwards. They gave me a comprehensive "care and maintenance" course after they set up the spa and made sure everything was working properly. When they left, they reassured me that I should call with any questions or concerns that might arise. From purchase, to delivery to installation, this establishment far exceeded my expectations.

Excellent hot tub buying experience! Akeem was very personable and knowledgeable, and once the order was placed, he worked closely with us to meet our patio contractor's schedule. Anthony and Lashawnda did a great job with delivery, placement, and maintenance explanations. The Jacuzzi J-315 hot tub itself was an excellent choice, and so far, routine maintenance is a breeze.
