I ended up at the store to help a friend buy a new cue. Clayton ended up showing me and selling me a new snooker table. Throughout the entire experience the entire team was in phenomenal and helped me from measuring the room and getting everything ready. The best part is, even after I bought the table and got everything done, I can message these guys and they respond quickly and efficiently. Thank you for everything that you guys do!!! The level of expertise is and more importantly the level of honesty is what makes me keep coming back over and over. You’re not selling me the most expensive cue or accessories. They actually understand what I need and help me get to the next level of my game.

This place is incredible. The showroom is HUGE, filled with a variety of tables, sticks, balls, poker tables, dart boards, air hockey. table tennis and much more. Clayton and John are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and ready to provide you with whatever you need. Level Best even does service calls to repair damaged tables, and they even do table moving. Overall, this place is fantastic.

When I visited this place, I couldn’t shake the sensation of being an outsider, as though I had stepped onto another planet. The warmth and friendliness I anticipated in such a setting were absent, replaced by an unfamiliar, almost chilly atmosphere. While it’s something worth addressing, a negative first impression can be difficult to reverse. Word can travel quickly, snowballing into something much larger. For the record, I decided not to go through with my purchase, but I did share the experience with my friends.

Clayton, John and team are great to work with. Handled our transaction very professionally with a friendly service style. i would highly recommend them.

I didn't purchase a table from Level best, but they still did an Excellent Job picking up, delivering, and refelting the table I did get! Now I'm headed there to get my tips replaced on my Q sticks.
