I recently bought a new pump for my pool at Blanchette’s. Cheri was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly!

I brought hot tub parts in to be ordered.They said they would order the parts. I even spoke with them on the phone the next day to confirm. I was told the parts are on order. I called up a week later asking when I should expect the parts to be in. I was told they were too busy to order parts for a hot tub. That's frustrating, when I was told they were ordered and then after 9 days they finally decide they don't have time. I won't be doing buisness with them. Very unprofessional.

Their staff is not only friendly but highly skilled and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I highly recommend them for all pool and spa needs.

The employees & owner Mike at Blanchette’s is so amazing to work with. I had an issue with my new dolphin cleaner and they replaced a part for me with ease. I’ve been bringing my water samples here for 4 years and they are spot on every time. My pool has been so easy to maintain and Miranda explains the steps to take each time so clearly, writes it down for me & grabs the items I need so I don’t have to search for it. If I need help loading anything into my car, they help me carry it, since I have my two young kids with me! I would recommend this family owned business to anyone with a pool!!!
