J & J Pool Spa and Billiards

Our experience at J&J was great. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a pool table and a Hot springs hot tub. Both have worked excellent and staff is there for technical support if needed. Strongly recommend.

We bought our Radiant pool last year and couldn’t be more pleased! The pool is beautiful and has brought so much joy to our family. My only regret is not doing it sooner. J & J has been wonderful through the whole process, from ordering and installation to daily maintenance. We also had J & J do our winter closing last year and our spring opening just the other day. The whole process was smooth and trouble free and it gives me peace of mind knowing I have J & J to rely on for things that seem intimidating to me but are just par for the course for J & J. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I now have the backyard oasis that I’ve always dreamed of thanks to J & J Pool Spa and Billiards!

Annette was great! She helped us through the purchase answered all of our questions, helped us set it up and gave us all the information we needed to be expert hot tub users . We went with the salt water option and absolutely love it, totally worth the extra $ when it comes to your skin. We use it every day we can.

Thank you to the amazing women who allowed a sale right when she was closing. She could have turned me away and she did NOT. Not to mention was able to give me that last filter they had. Now that’s customer service. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name but I sure do appreciate it!
