Racks is hands-down the best spot in Council Bluffs if you’re looking for good drinks and a great time. The pool tables are always in top shape, the staff is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere has that perfect balance of laid-back and lively. Prices are fair, drinks are strong, and there’s always a fun crowd to shoot a few games with. Definitely my go-to bar when I want a casual night out with friends.
