Paradise Patio, Pool & Spa

I’ve been so impressed by the crew at Paradise!! I have had a spa for quite some time now, and have needed some some work done on it to fix a few things. Every time I have called, Paradise has been very quick to send a technician to my house. Clint, their technician has been a godsend! Clint goes above and beyond to make sure that he fixes any issues that come up with my spa. Not only does he fix it, but he also follows up to make sure that my spa is operating properly. Thank you so much to the crew at Paradise and a big thank you to Clint!

Our hot tub froze on us in these extreme cold temps. I called on a Sunday, not expecting for anyone to answer. Long story short, they called me directly and walked me thru a series of techniques to get my tub thawed out slowly and address the issue. Very pleased with their ability to communicate when I felt like it was a total loss. Appreciate them!

I highly recommend the pool table tech they recommended. Ken from Sioux City did a beautiful, meticulous install; was on time, professional and obviously had years of expertise.

Paradise Patio, Pool and Spa- ZERO REVIEWS!! We have had nothing but HORRIBLE experience with this company. All they had to do is place a liner and replace cover in our pool at some point this Summer. I’ve been given so many excuses. Owner, Mike, has not given an exact day, STILL! They’ve had my pool liner since April 2024. The down payment was made in April 2024. I originally contacted this company late Winter/early Spring to be placed on list for pool liner placement. I was told I was second on the list. I’ve had to endure, almost, the entire Summer with NO POOL. I am beyond the point of frustration. Mike has never called me himself. I have always been the one to call in to the store. My money is tied up with this company. They won’t give me a refund or do anything. They have gone through so many employees. Nobody will come reassess the pool. Mike doesn’t even know what condition the pool is in currently. I was just told that it would cost me $400 to have someone come back out to take a look. It would be for their own good. I will not be having this company do anything else to my pool. I do not trust them plus, they don’t get anything done. I talked with another pool company and
