First time ever purchasing cues and accessories online. Glad I went through this company fast shipping and excellent communication will definitely do business with again. Update ended up buying a carbon fiber shaft from them as well accidentally clicked the wrong size tip and emailed them to see if they could switch and they did thanks so much.

FCI Billards is the best billiard shop around the 4 state area, been coming here ever since I found out about them and they’ve treated me great any time I come in. From chalks to cue holders to felt, to a new $3,000 predator Ikon 4 cue. They have it all. I love these guys and this store!

It takes a very special interaction for me to feel the need to leave a review. I never really get to know an in store team member when purchasing online. But the interaction I received and how eloquently my questions were answered led me to purchase from this place twice. Absolutely nothing wrong with my glove except my internal comfort level and lack of my knowledge of how big my hand actually is. So I bought a size bigger from here, whereas I might try to get a refund from some of my local sources. Don't let me forget shipping. Seems very easy to hit the price point that they will ship for free, and my package got to my house before some of the Amazon packages I ordered the same day.

Very nice store. Went in for a cue tip change and furrel change. Was greated by a professional that was very knowledgeable and quick to get my request completed. Lots of reasonably priced pool cues and accessories.
