We are very happy with our experience at Fast Teddy's. Ted was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a great deal on a beautiful floor model. The price included delivery, set up, new felt in the color of our choice, and an accessory kit that contained cues, balls, chalk, a cover, etc. More than satisfied customers here.

A pleasure working with them. We visited several times over a couple of months looking for the table we wanted at a price we could afford. We were finally able to make a deal on a quality table. Delivery, set up, choice of felt color and accessories were included.

Just had a good buying experience at Fast Teddy's. We bought a 9' shuffleboard table. Was several hundred cheaper than other local places. Came in when he said and he even helped us load and gave me a spare tie down he had. Factory didn't include the scoring abacus (not Teddy's fault) but he quickly sent us a set.

We sold our pool table and the buyers hired Fast Teddy’s Billiard Factory to take it apart and move it for them. The company used a creeper on my hardwood floors while they were removing the staples from underneath. The wheels caused major damage on my floors. My husband contacted the owner (which was one of the guys that came to my house) the same day. He said to send pictures of the damage. My husband sent several pictures showing how bad my floors were scratched. After the owner saw how bad the damage was he said he needed our homeowners insurance information because his helper had fallen at my house. This guy is such a con artist. I hope this review will save someone else from dealing with this company!! No ethics at all!!

The owner of Fast Teddy’s Billiards is extremely unethical. He came to our house to disassemble our pool table we were selling. Right in front of the new owners he loosened up the bumper rails and then started showing them how the bumper recoil was bad trying to get them to purchase new rails when they do the setup in their house. The pool table was in excellent condition. Loosening up the rails prior to a bumper pad demonstration is a scam. After doing some research I discovered this is a very common scam tactic for this industry. WARNING!!! Buyer beware. I’m only giving one star because zero isn’t an option.
