Pool & Spa Depot

Wanted to how happy we have been with Pool and Spa Depot in Bowling Green. For years we have been purchasing our chemicals and other items for our pool and it’s been very good. Recently we need to have a new pool liner installed and traded with Pool and Spa Depot. This was our first time doing so and it was fantastic. Everyone we talked to there did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. In terms of the actual install, Ryan and his crew were absolutely fantastic, timely and did a remarkable job. Do waste your time with anyone else. Pool and Spa Depot Bowling Green 100% satisfied!!

I needed a new liner for my pool I bought from pool and spa depot in Bowling Green 8 years ago, I went ahead and ordered one, when they came to install it, Ryan and his crew Jacob were very polite and extremely professional on making sure if I had any other issues due to my tear in my liner, Ryan went way above and beyond to make sure his job was professionally done to my complete satisfaction, highly recommend Ryan

Richard is the absolute BEST Hot Tub representative EVER! The absolute friendliest salesman I’ve ever come across. He is patient, extremely knowledgeable, fun to work with, and my kiddos adore going in for a visit to the store because the atmosphere is so wonderful. We did a ton of research before our family picked the right Hot Tub and Pool dealer. When you are investing in such a big and important item, we wanted the absolute Best for our family and the longevity of this big decision. From the minute we walked in the door, through choosing our tub, to delivery, and beyond; Richard is so helpful and so kind! His communication is out of this world and he has continued to make us feel like we are now and forever a part of their Pool and Spa Depot Family! We recently had our first inground pool installed. Jorge was the on-site construction lead and he was fantastic. In addition to the pool/decking, we had block installed to tie in the surrounding landscaping. The quality of work was very professional. What really stood out was his knowledge and attention to detail. The project was completed and any questions or adjustments along the way were handled quickly and without hassle. The end result is a high-quality pool that has completely transformed our backyard. Highly recommended.

Our new liner was installed today on our 33 ft above ground pool and we could not be more pleased! Ryan did an outstanding job and would highly recommend that you ask for him when getting a pool or liner. The design on our liner is perfectly straight and even and he was a perfectionist in getting the sand just right. I will Ask for Ryan when we need anything done to our pool from now on!
