A friend gifted me an older pool table. Nothing crazy but it was over 10 years old and taken apart for storage. Sent Jim some pictures of the situation and with confidence he got me scheduled. When the day came he was very precise with my playing area moving the table and leveling it to give me maximum space. He recommended a cue length and told me where my tight spots would be based on my walls. Once the table came together he gave a quick history lesson on companies, types of balls, care for felt and balls, and did not try to upsell me. He was as excited for me to just get playing as I was to try and get more equipment but Jim said play until I get used to the game.

Amazing experience working with Jim. We purchased an antique table that was located about 4 hours away and Jim helped us throughout the entire process including helping us determine origins of the table with his extensive contacts in the industry. He drove all the way to pick up the table and bring it back to Cincinnati. He replaced the bumpers, pockets, refelted the table, along with a few other repairs. The entire process was completely hassle free, incredibly high quality, and I can't recommend their services enough.
