Called to inquire about pool sand. The employee was very nice and gave accurate information. I went to the store to pick up the pool sand/glass and the girl up front was very preoccupied and was not super nice. Anyway I got what I needed and they loaded the product. Went back in to get muratic acid and got a different clerk and she was super helpful. I would use again and they are way better than Leslie’s supplies.

Fixed issue with my automation system quickly and reasonably. Cleaned pool filter while he was there and gave some free advice on pool maintenance. Great maintenance service! We generally clean and maintain our own pool but having someone to resolve more complicated issues is a great resource

Apparently "cleaning" means coming over and dumping a few tablets in the basket and leaving the bottom of the pool untouched. I personally love the gaslighting of the customer service people trying to say the pool guy was here for 20 mins. First off, I homeschool my children and I am home 24/7. The guy wasn't even here long enough for me to have seen him in my backyard. Secondly, I can look at the pool and see it wasn't cleaned at all. The leaves at the bottom of the pool had been there since Monday after our yard was done. This weekend is my birthday and I was excited to have guests over to use the pool. Knowing that our pool service is on Wednesday I assumed it would be fine. Wednesday came and the pool had not been touched. I called and was told they were running behind due to Labor Day. Okay no big deal. Thursday around 2 still nothing so I called again. They said they were still running behind and it could be Friday. Okay no big deal. Today I call again and they say someone was there yesterday. Someone may have come and out dropped chlorine in the basket but no one cleaned it. The same leaves that were there Monday are still there now. The same leaves that were at the bottom o

Sorry folks do not use Rob Ewing Pool Service. There are at last 5 office workers and evidently 1 pool cleaner. We are waiting on our last of 4 visits in the last 10 days with this being the final pool cleaning. Even spoke with Mr. Ewing himself to get our pool done today.

I had called on Friday inquiring of service to have my liner track looked at. They called this am, met my needs to come on my lunch hour to look at and determine what needed to be done. David was very kind, informative, and there when I arrived. I had called another company that was recommended by another Pool source, over a week ago, they still have not returned my call. I have used Robin Ewing pools for products in the past, and for other service, will continue to recommend them and use them for my needs. I am most grateful and thankful for their kindness, and quick responses. Patty has always been a very kind and efficient customer service rep as well. Again, thank you all for your kindness, it is APPRECIATED!
