Just about the worst customer service you could get. Absolutely unbelievable. Will never dart their doors or call them again. I mean insane.

I would never buy a spa from these people because they try to avoid you if you have a problem after the sale. ‘Tex’ the manager is a know it all who talks down to customers and makes every problem you have your fault.

I highly recommend them. We bought our pool 3 years ago from Stephen and he continues to be very helpful every time we come in there. I love that they will test our water and tell us what to do each year too. Our pool we bought was too big for our property(due to a hill and digging down)and we had to trade it for the longer version pool (after we had already fimanced it through their lender) which cost more. They trusted us and did in house financing for the extra amount with no hesitation. They trusted our word that we'd pay them back (which we did) and that just shows how much they care about their customers. We also had a hole in our brand new liner and they immediately gave us a new one with no issues. Thank you Clearwater for being so great to your customers and so knowledgeable.

Update : Had another interaction with Stephen. Cannot recommend him highly enough. World Class Customer Service. Only place I'll shop for pool supplies.
