We have nothing but great things to say about Country Pools. When our new Nordic Spa started having issues with the electrical board after a year of use, they went above and beyond to replace it as soon as possible. We live pretty far from the store in VT and they came out to service our pool multiple times as timely as they could. We appreciate Laura and Mike for being so knowledgeable and providing excellent service. They came highly recommended for good reason.

Fantastic Company — bailed me out of a huge spot when Mike ( new owner of family run business) acquired — delivered and installed a state of art Nortic spa hot tub within 72 hours after being notified of the emergency involving my short term rental cabin in North Conway! Top notch service and professional product expertise is what your expect for sure & I have already ordered another jacuzzi spa for my other new house in North Conway! 🙄🙄 Thank you Mike!

Great service, fast and professional. Mike got our hot tub up and running again very quickly, so there was no damage from the freezing temps. We will definitely be calling if we have problems with our above-ground pool and hot tub in the future!
