These guys made my pool table dream a reality. After struggling to find a local dealer I was fortunate enough to come across VFM Billiards and More. From my very first phone call with Chris, I was treated amazingly. I was deciding between brands and Chris went as far as going out to the warehouse/floor and measuring pocket sizes for something they had in stock. I ultimately decided to go with the new Brunswick Gold Crown model that was still in production. I had spoken with Brunswick direct and they could not tell me when it would be available. Chris and Scott (worked with both over the course of the decision/purchase) got in touch with Brunswick and got me an ETA. They ended up beating that timeline by a few weeks. Scott (owner) personally came on the 2+ hour away delivery/install since this was a brand new model that they had not assembled yet. The team that came to install was awesome and even though this was seemingly unlike anything they had assembled before, they knew their stuff and knocked it out of the park. My Husband and I recently purchased a billiard pool table from Virginia Furniture Market, and we had an outstanding experience thanks to Scott Mangus the store manager. Scott provided truly exceptional customer service from beginning to end. During the installation, one of the table pieces was accidentally damaged. Instead of delaying the process, Scott immediately took responsibility, personally went back to the warehouse, picked up a replacement piece and made sure everything was completed the very same day. The whole experience was awesome! Sales staff were outstanding. They were super helpful and worked with us to make sure every detail was perfect. Very knowledgeable when it comes to billiards. Install team were great too! They were very patient with us when trying to get the table in the perfect spot. The table it dead level and centered up perfectly! The owner was super nice and came through in a pinch selling us a light last minute that we wanted! Can't say enough about about the whole team. Very satisfied! Everyone did a fantastic job!

Scott and his team did a great job reassembling and recovering my pool table after a move. They were polite, knew exactly what they were doing, and the cost was VERY reasonable. Highly recommend them for all your billiards needs!
