This is what great customer service looks like. Girlfriend sent a cue off to get fixed, I paid the invoice for her birthday and called to check up on the status, during business hours, twice it went to voicemail. About 10 minutes after the second call, Rick called me back! Turns out there was a snowstorm going on, they were sort of closed. Rick took the time to call me back, told me what was going on, was super friendly and helpful and just 100% awesome. He even asked if it was a surprise birthday present, so he didn't accidently ruin the birthday surprise, that's the kind of attention to detail you don't see much anymore. If I need anything pool related, I will go to Premier Billiards first. They deserve all the business.
