Gold Crown Billiards

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at Gold Crown Billiards. My husband and I were literally just sitting quietly watching people play pool when staff approached us accusing us of being someone else who had supposedly left a bad review online. We repeatedly explained that they had the wrong people, but instead of handling the situation professionally, they became rude, confrontational, and aggressive. To avoid escalating things, we simply left after they refunded our cover. The entire situation was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Being publicly accused of something you didn’t do while just trying to enjoy a night out is unacceptable customer service. The atmosphere felt hostile, unwelcoming, and honestly bizarre. The staff is extremely rude and it felt like a good ol’ boys club. If management is willing to throw paying customers out over assumptions and accusations with zero proof, I’d strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere. There are plenty of places that know how to treat people with basic respect and professionalism. So now, here is your bad review. I don't recommend going to this establishment EVER!

0 Star – Absolutely unacceptable/trashy establishment. I have never experienced something this unprofessional in my life. The staff here crossed a line that should never be crossed. A member of the staff physically put their hands on me while speaking to me in a completely disrespectful and aggressive manner. No business should ever allow employees to touch or harass customers, especially women. It was shocking and completely inappropriate. What makes this even worse is that they don’t even follow the rules they have posted on their own door. The bouncers act as if they’re above those rules and carry themselves with an arrogant, hostile attitude toward customers. There is a serious lack of professionalism and basic respect from the staff here. Places like this rely on people feeling safe and respected when they walk through the door. This establishment failed completely. I would strongly warn anyone considering coming here to think twice.10/10 would NEVER RECOMMEND OR NEVER GO AGAIN.

Frequented often. Now have a cover Friday and Saturday nights and must have hired new staff that aren't the friendliest. Before, their lack of cover, nice bartenders and staff, and welcoming environment is what made me a great advocate for this establishment. However, I'm not sure if I'll be back. Review made 3/7/26.

Nice little pool hall. Good atmosphere. Only a few times have there been the annoying drunk people around the pool tables, but doesn't happen enough to keep me from going back. Few and far between. Food is great, and the staff is always friendly and attentive!

Pretty nice place. Lovely bartenders. It can get busy on a Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Just be patient. Awesome staff and environment.
