Luxury Pool & Spa

We recently purchased a hot tub from Luxury Pool and Spa. The customer service was excellent. Thomas and his staff were outstanding in every way possible. We were building an enclosed porch for the hot tub and due to some complications Thomas had to store our hot tub longer than originally requested. but he had no problem with it. He came out to our property to make sure there would not be a problem delivering and setting it up. He went beyond the call of duty. The delivery team was very efficient and friendly. It was a wonderful positive experience and I would recommend Luxury Pool and Spa without hesitation.

We had a great experience with Thomas and his team. His attention to detail was exceptional. We encountered no problems. The delivery team worked very well together and had the tub installed in no time. It seems like we didn't just buy a hot tub, but a relationship with the staff. They are great coaches as we learn to maintain our spa chemicals. Highly Recommend them!

Bought a hot tub. Installers spent more time stressing out my animals than they did installing the hot tub. Fast forward to a year later and I am attempting to buy new filters for the hot tub. I call and ask to order some and was told to go online. I was told that any filter that has threads on the bottom will work. Now, two months and three amazon orders later, I still do not have replacement filters. seriously, why would they tell me to order them online instead of through the company?

He is very knowledgeable about all of the products and water care and always willing to answer any questions we have. The delivery team were also great! I couldn't ask for a nicer and more helpful staff. We love our new hot tub and I highly recommend Luxury if you want great customer service!!

I scheduled a service call for a leaking hot tub that I purchased from this store. The day of service, I received a call from the Richmond store that Luxury Spas are not fixable on site. So when you purchase a spa from here, be aware that if it breaks, that's it. We won't be purchasing a spa from Luxury when we need to replace this one.
