He drained our old hot tub to prepare for the arrival of the new tub. The new hot tub performs well, and it was made to custom order at a reasonable price. Kevin provided excellent instructions for start-up and educated my husband and me on the use of chemicals. He is always a phone call away and responds in a timely manner. When an installation problem arose, he was diligent in ensuring everything was corrected promptly. Mr. Kevin Drew made my hot tub dreams come true! Went over affordable options, didn’t rush the sale one bit, my husband and I had a wonderful time getting to know him actually. He was extremely personable, funny, kind, and generous…he gave us a GREAT…and I truly mean GREAT deal on a fabulous hot tub! Would sincerely recommend this establishment to everyone in the area. Great Customer service! Installation team was very professional! and a Kevin has a love for Veterans! I purchase my 8' Monroe presidential pool table for my new home build and Kevin helped me select the perfect fit and product for my new home ideas and threw in a cool upgrade and some pool sticks for the kids. I enjoy visiting the store and will be long time customer. Not a huge store however, what ever you need he can get it for you. I'm glad Premium Spas and Billiards made it through the pandemic. I will be purchasing my Jacuzzi soon! Thank you again for all you do for Vets!

Had a fantastic experience with PS&B. Kevin did a fantastic job going over all the available options and models. PS&B had the Jacuzzi I ordered in stock, delivered and installed in weeks. To top it off Kevin came out to my house and gave me a free orientation on the hot tub. Which, with all the different controls and chemical levels was a bit intimidating. But, after Kevin clearly explained it all to me, I am good to go and practically living in the tub. Thanks so much Kevin and PS&B!
