Matthew at DFE was a pleasure to work with from the initial consult in which he thoroughly assessed my needs. He was able to produce a new shaft that matched my custom Lambros joint. The fit was perfect and feels as good as the original. The feel of the carbon fiber shaft with my cue is incredible and I firmly stand behind Matthew's product and again his exceptional level of service.

I recently purchased a carbon fiber shaft from DFE Billiards. I dealt directly with the owner who was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. My purchase price was far less than other brand name shafts. I could not be more pleased with the quality and service that I received. I'm definitely going to order more for other cues that I have. I had Matt make me a carbon fiber jump break shaft for a turbo lock joint shaft. Which he did very well. He was very helpful and we ended up deciding on a 13mm 29 inch shaft with his lexan tip ferrule combo. I've had this shaft for 11 months and the thing is amazing. I had him keep the shaft as light as possible. Which ment I had to change where I held the cue on dart stroke jump shots but it's the best jump cue I've ever had. It's on a jump break . But honestly the vast majority of jump shot I now proform full cue. The thing breaks exceptionally well as well. Whether I'm using a power brake or a finesse cut break the thing just performs. It's the most versatile cue I've ever had. This is basically an all-in-one cue. Very low deflection. Great action off the tip. Highly recommend dealing with this person makes great products very very good customer service. I look forward to having a playing chef made by him in the future. placed an order July 25 2022, was told 3-5 weeks and the product will be ready, 10 weeks max with " Matt " starting work again. it is now 4 months after placing the order, 4 months I have been told the product was shipped, 3 times I was told the product was ready to be shipped the following morning and 2 times I was told the product was just completed and in the truck ready to ship, was even told once that after taking the orders to the post office " the labels printed wrong and were all sent back".. all of the explanations I have just presented were told on separate occasions.... I had to visit a facebook forum to find out any potential updates on his products, one individual received an empty tube from " die billiards" which is far more than I was able to obtain. at this moment, at least 11 people are experiencing the same level of difficulty with this individual and receiving zero communication. aif I could provide negative stars I would!! the "owner" is extremely difficult to get ahold of, expect several weeks with zero progress reports. I suggest purchasing cues from local cue makers or legit websites like seyberts. his prices may be too good to be true, let me tell you they c
