D & L Billiards

Old School service is alive. We visited the store, spoke with the owner. We were shown several options, and experienced a no pressure sale! They delivered and installed the following Saturday. The install team did an amazing job. They protected surrounding surfaces, did their work, cleaned up, and left us a perfect set-up. In a world where disappointment is constant, D & L Billiards we a pleasure to deal with.

It's been over a year since I bought my table here and I wanted to circle back and say how positive an overall experience it was—the kind of personal sales experience you simply don't get except with a local business. I was referred to D&L Billiards by a regional distributor when I was looking for a table for my new home, and D&L had a ton of great options on the floor that I could see in person and try out. Perhaps more impressively, they listened to what I was looking for and guided me to the table and accessories I didn't even know I wanted yet—and it was thousands less than the one I I walked in thinking I would buy. They didn't try to push me into paying for something I didn't need; they did they exact opposite, and a year later I absolutely love what they set me up with. They knew what they were talking about, they cared about what I wanted, and they didn't try and oversell me. Their install team was flawless, their follow-up and communication on my order was great, and I definitely got my money's worth. It was a long drive from the north side of Massachusetts, but it was absolutely worth it. The whole experience was a pleasure. I'd recommend them to anyone.

So we dealt with d&l since 2015. We bought our first table a used Brunswick that we loves. Had a flood in our basement, they came and stored it then set it back up. Then we decided a couple years later we wanted a new table and went back to them to buy it. Dave and the setup crew are always amazing. Had a flood again and had to have the new table stored. Again Dave and his tear down crew were awesome. His wife thought completely rude and ignorant. And it kills me to give this review but she was so insanely rude over and over. Even when we bought the stuff before. Needless to say we will never go back sadly. She wanted storage for our table which I had no problem with, but she wanted to store my credit card and I have an issue with that. The first time they stored it we paid when it got set it back up. Never an issue. This lady is looney.

We were gifted a pool table from a local friend and chose D&L to move the table and re-felt it. We were so impressed with the service and communication right from my first inquiry. Rueben and Antonio were so nice and they know what they’re doing! We are enjoying the pool table (wine color felt) and for $1,100 total you can’t go wrong.

Wonderful buying experience at D and L. I was concerned about space issues in the room I was planning on putting a table in. Another store told us an 8ft table would work no problem, I was somewhat skeptical based on the dimensions I had and what I had researched online. Coincidentally they had only 8 ft tables on their showroom floor. I went to D and L, described what I was looking for and gave them my room dimensions and they strongly recommended a 7ft table with 52 in sticks. He showed us one he just got in the day before and we instantly fell in love, perfectly fit the ascetic we were going for and it saved us literally thousands over the other store we went to. The guys setting up did a fantastic job, arrived on time, worked fast and it plays great and they couldn’t have been more on the money with the size, it fits perfectly, an inch bigger in any direction and it would affect how we play. We couldn’t be happier!
