Steve is very professional and it shows. He does the deliveries himself to ensure everything is above and beyond standards. I went with the new felt purchase and they installed it for me. I’m so glad I did. It looks classy and sharp! Highly recommend them to my friends and family. Can’t wait to play!

I recently purchased a table form them and it was in the condition they told me it was. It really is a beautiful table. We communicated through email and there were no delays in responses. They were more than willing to answer questions and send pictures of tables as well. I did have it delivered and setup by Boston Billiard and that went well too. They showed up at the time we agreed on and got right to work. They kept me in the loop during the install to make sure the table was positioned where I wanted it and also made me aware of the necessary spacing needed all around the table so nothing would get in the way. We both made concessions at the time to get this deal done and I'm pleased to say they were true to their word about everything we agreed to. No attempts to get more than the agreed upon table price and delivery fee. It's been a great finish to our game room in and I wouldn't hesitate to go back for anything else I need. Went in to browse pool tables a couple weeks ago. They had a used table that was exactly what I was looking for, at a price significantly lower than what I expected. Had Steve deliver and install it, which was done really well and really efficiently. He’s deeply knowledgeable about pool, and incredibly helpful. All together a great experience! I always wanted a pool table in my house and was looking for a professional place. I am so happy to have came across Boston Billiards Emporium. Stephen helped me understand how to maintain and which one to get. We bought an Olhausen 8 foot table and Stephen was able to delivered on time and his attention to detail is second to none. He made sure that the table was leveled. I would not hesitate to come back.
