They had an item I needed that is a bit hard to find. Ordered it over the phone and had it shipped. They were excellent on communicating and fulfilling the order! Package came and everything exceeded expectations! Will definitely go to them again!

Downing Billiards are awesome! I can't say enough good things about them! I'm new to pool table ownership and recently got a used bar pool table from a friend. I had them re-covered it for me and go through it to make sure everything else was good on it. They are super friendly and actually helped me pick out accessories to save me money based on my table usage. I highly recommend them!
