These guys were really great. We bought a pool table off Marketplace. Originally thought we'd try to move it ourselves to save money, but if the slate broke, or we didn't get it perfectly level - the table was gonna be useless. So, we hired them to move it. Not only did they pick it up and set it up, but they helped us figure out exactly where to put it to have enough cue room, checked all the rubber, and were overall so knowledgeable. Now I know we'll be able to play pool for years!

Tillman was great to work with! He came leveled the table, redid the felt, new pockets and fixed all the panels. It looks like we have a brand new table! Not to mention how much better it is to play on

These guys did an amazing job. I had an old pool table that needed to be re-finished. I had a very bad experience with a different local business, and called BTRS to help me out. They put me on the schedule for the following week and got the job done. Just in speaking with BTRS on the phone, you can tell they have extensive knowledge of pool tables. Had to get my pool table moved so I could get the carpet done. During this process I discovered more about my pool table thanks to Billiard Table Recovery Service. Like that I could put a return system in instead of the baskets in the pockets that I had. So once the carpet was done and it was time to put the pool table back together back in place I went ahead and asked for the return system to be installed and had it refelted. Amazing work! It's obvious from start to finish they know what they're doing and they work quickly. We're super friendly and kind, answered a ton of my questions about pool and pool tables, and it was cool to learn a lot of other pool facts.
