Is there a staff member named Holly that works there in the last 3 to 6 months

I'm so disappointed in the service or lack of service. I originally called and left a voicemail on July 13th (2021). Dale did get back to me the same day. We chatted about how I needed our senior community's pool table repaired and needed a quote. He asked if he could come out and look at the table... which I was pleased with. I gave him days and times to come in... it took about a week to get him to agree to a date... and even then he wouldn't agree on a time. He came in on Wednesday, July 21st and with an assistant. They both came and looked at the table and we went over options... if it's better to repair or replace. He was easy to talk with and very matter of fact. I was impressed with that and was hopeful that he would get the job done! I asked him to send me quotes for both (repair vs replace)... since I am working with a cooperate office... I needed quotes before we could even start. I said I needed the quote by Monday... so at least 4 days before I would need the quote/prices. His assistant said that would be no problem... that she works 3rd shift and could get it to me by then. Monday came and went and I heard nothing. I texted on Wednesday and Thursday and never got a res

Poor business ethics. Can’t get hurt feelings if someone says mean things about you or your business. When you become a proprietor you have to learn to have thick skin.

Great place friendly staff and excellent tables. A great new spot in town worth a visit great prices too.

Great place to shoot pool. They have done a great job of changing this place into a pool hall.
